These conditions apply to all Explino video projects unless we agree different terms in writing before work begins.
1. Payment before we start
We require 50% payment before the project starts. Production does not begin until the deposit is received and confirmed.
The remaining 50% is due before final delivery of the finished video.
2. Accepted payment methods
Payments can be made through:
- PayPal
- Payoneer
- Bank transfer
Payment details are shared after the scope and package are confirmed. Any transfer fees charged by the payment provider or bank are the client’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
3. Watermark and final files
Preview versions may include a watermark during the review process.
The full video without watermark is delivered only after the full payment is completed.
Final files are shared after the remaining balance is received and confirmed.
4. Storyboard approval and extra changes
Once the storyboard is finalized and approved, that becomes the agreed direction for the video.
Additional changes to the video after storyboard approval are charged separately. This includes new scenes, major script changes, redesigns, extra versions, or anything outside the approved plan.
Small polish within the agreed package revision limits is included. Structural or creative changes after approval are treated as paid extras.
5. Timeline and delivery
The delivery countdown starts after:
- the 50% deposit is confirmed, and
- we have received the required assets, brand details, and feedback needed to begin.
Standard package delivery times apply unless express delivery is requested. Express delivery may include an additional fee.
We commit to on-time delivery based on the agreed schedule, provided client feedback and assets arrive on time.
6. Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revisions (or unlimited revisions where stated).
A revision means feedback on the current approved direction, not a full restart of the concept.
Extra revision rounds beyond the package, or major new requests after approval, are billed separately.
7. Client responsibilities
To keep the project on schedule, the client should provide:
- brand assets, logos, colors, and product links
- script notes, references, and access needed for demos or recordings
- clear feedback within a reasonable time at each review stage
Delays in client feedback or assets may extend the delivery date.
8. Cancellation and refunds
If the project is cancelled before production starts, unused deposit handling can be discussed case by case.
If work has already started (research, scripting, storyboard, animation, or editing), the 50% deposit is non-refundable because that work has already been used.
Completed stages remain payable even if the project is paused or cancelled later.
9. Ownership and usage rights
Explino retains ownership of the working files during production.
After full payment, the client receives usage rights for the final delivered video for their business and marketing use, unless a different license is agreed in writing.
Source files / project files are included only when the package specifically includes them, or when purchased as an add-on.
10. Satisfaction and final approval
We work toward 100% satisfaction within the agreed scope, package limits, and approved storyboard.
Final approval means the client accepts the delivered version as complete under the agreed brief. Further changes after final approval may be quoted as a new request.
11. Communication
Project communication happens mainly by email or the agreed messaging channel. Key decisions (storyboard approval, revision notes, final sign-off) should be confirmed in writing.
12. Contact
